She has experience presenting to diverse populations across ages from adolescence to older adults since 2013. Length of presentations vary by topic and breadth of coverage of each topic. Stress Management
Topics covered include but are not limited to:

- how do we know when we are stressed
- coping tools for managing stress
- Guided exercises and practicing coping tools.
This topic is ideal for all populations, we all experience stress in our lives and this presentation teaches us more about managing the inevitable stressors we face in our life journey
Introduction to Substance Use and Abuse
Topics covered include but are not limited to:
- What is an addiction
- Differences between use and abuse
- Low risk guidelines for alcohol and cannabis use
- Introduction to abstinence and harm reduction
- How to navigate the addictions service system
- How to support a loved one with an addiction
- Exploration of the correlation between mental health and substance use/abuse.
This topic is ideal for anyone supporting a loved one with addiction, who is/has lived experience, or generally would like to learn more about substance use and abuse.
Mental Health Awareness
This course focuses primarily on mental health issues related to mood disorders. Topics covered include but are not limited to:
- What is mental health
- What is depression and anxiety- symptoms
- Strong focus on coping tools and healthy lifestyle factors
- Option for a brief introduction to substance use can be added to this presentation.
This topic is Ideal for anyone supporting a loved one with mental health, who is/has lived experience, or generally would like to learn more about mental health.
