How my journey began…
I began my journey learning how to navigate the world with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), experiencing first-hand the adversity and challenges that come with striving, achieving, relapsing and maintaining wellness and balance.
Sometimes your biggest obstacles can become your greatest positive focus in life. Dealing with ADHD has led me from childhood challenges, to diagnosis, to my ongoing therapist education and finally, I’m now on a mission to help others with ADHD and a variety of other challenges.
It has been a humbling journey fostered by awareness, understanding, compassion, support from many others, strength and courage. I understand and honor your courage in reading my message, and taking the next steps of your journey towards healing, wellness and balance.
Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they’re never weakness.
